چکیده

The present study was carried out between September 2019 and March 2020 in Yıldız River, which is located within the borders of Yıldızeli district Sivas province used for agricultural irrigation purposes, to determine chemical characteristics river water trace elements. Water’s alkalinity, oxygen demand (COD), chloride (Cl-), calcium (Ca2+), total hardness, phosphate (PO4-P), dissolved reactive (SRP), ammonium nitrogen (NH4-N), nitrate-nitrogen (NO3-N), nitrite-nitrogen (NO2-N), soluble silica (SiO2-Si) concentrations, as well elements (ferrous, lead, cadmium). Moreover, during sampling process, also temperature, oxygen, conductivity, pH, solids measurements were performed. Before using flame atomic absorption spectrometer (FAAS) determining Fe, Pb, Cd samples, a simple, environment-friendly, new ultrasonic liquid-liquid micro-extraction method suggested. Several parameters (pH, ionic fluid amount, dispersive solvent volume, temperature) influencing performance optimized. Under optimized conditions, detection thresholds Fe (II), Pb (II) found be 0.6, 0.15, 1.5 μg L-1, respectively.

Application of Microfunnel Magnetic Stirring Assisted Liquid-Liquid Micro-extraction Method for Pre-concentration and Determination of Silver Ion in Water Samples

In this research, a highly sensitive, selective, rapid and simple micro-funnel magnetic stirringassisted liquid–liquid microextraction (MF-MSA-LLME) method combined with flame atomic absorption spectrometry (FAAS) was introduced for the preconcentration, extraction, and measurement of trace amounts of silver ion. In this method 1-(2–Pyridylazo)-2-naphthol (PAN) and 1-octanol were used as chelat...

Evaluation of thallium rate in soil after dispersive liquid-liquid micro-extraction

Thallium is widely found in nature, but the only inorganic stones full of this element are crookesite and lorandit. It isalso found in pyrites of copper, lead and inorganic stones. The element and its compositions are toxic and harmful to theenvironment; therefore, its application requires caution and further research. It is important to develop sensitive andaccurate analytical methods to deter...
